After the Commodore collapse, the Auckland dealers refused to supply anything for the Amiga, so the Amiga population decreased; BUT it did not die, because a number of us refused to let it. Since the collapse of Commodore, I' personally, bought the A4060T from America. So the Amiga still lives here in New Zeaoland. Keep up your good work, and thanks for the great little HomePage. I just started a digital photography business and need to put up a web page. I am using all Amigas in my business. A friend of mine, who owns a P100, wants to get involved. She has been frustrated by CorelDraw/Photopaint 5. She came over a couple of evenings and watched my wife and I using ImageFX 2.6, Real3D 2.5, etc. on a 3000 w/'060 CV64 etc. and now I'm putting together a similar system for her to network to her P100 with a Siamese card. Web page gen software for the Amiga has certainly been primitive compared to the WYSIWYG tools for IBM and Mac. There will be a demo at our local Amiga club (UPCHUG) of a WYSIWYG web page maker, Web Monster I believe it is called. I have been using the Amiga since '87 for Video graphics. I work for Marcus Media for Ad Insertion in WI. I make commercials that are seen in over 110,000 homes in most of wisconsin. I also use my Amiga 2000 to do a local Real estate TV show. I've been doing that for almost 4 years. At Marcus I recently bought a flyer system and a par card 4000 system. I( had originally bought a Draco as a NLE but found all the articles that say how great it is must not have used it to much. I will say that Eric Klor did come through when I wanted to send it back, but I'm also very dissappointed in the money I lost and time trying the Draco. I ended up with 2-A4000's one desktop 1-Tower and 1-2000 toaster system, all networked with ariadine boards it's pretty cool. It's the main reason I'm still working there (cool toys).
